Long-time friends, Maggie and Constance lived across the Atlantic and met again in 2019 in Paris. Maggie, pregnant with twins, helped develop the world-famous Michelin Guide and Constance, French model with an international career, strived for balance. During gatherings with friends and family, they realized how alcohol-free sophisticated and festive drinks were non-existent. With the support of Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO, leading the R&D, they set out create complex, gastronomic wines without alcohol.
