Gancia Aperitivo Italiano is a richer and bitter style of vermouth, launched in the 50’s by the House of Gancia.
This Italian Aperitivo has the sweet and bitter taste of orange combined with all the freshness and magic of wine and oriental spices.
It’s a very versatile product made with ingredients like china bark, cinnamon, sandalwood, bitter oranges and woodworm.

50 ml Gancia Aperitivo Italiano
100 ml Gancia prosecco
15 ml soda water
1 orange slice
Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour over the Gancia Aperitivo Italiano and top up with the Gancia prosecco and soda. Stir with a long spoon, then garnish with an orange slice.
