50 ml Limoncello di Capri
75 ml Gancia prosecco
25 ml soda water
Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour over the limoncello and top up with the prosecco and soda. Stir with a long spoon, then garnish with a slice of lemon & and mint leaves.
